- Prices are displayed in both Seychelles Rupees (SCR) and United States Dollars (USD).
- We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
- Accepted payment methods: credit cards, debit cards, and PayPal.
- Payments are securely processed by third-party gateways; we do not store card details.
- By submitting payment, you confirm authority to use the chosen method.
4. Shipping and Delivery
- Local Delivery: Next business day within Seychelles (via third-party courier).
- International Shipping: 1–3 weeks via Seychelles Post.
Both services are operated by independent providers. Super Coco Ltd accepts no liability for delays, damage, or loss caused in transit.

5. Returns and Exchanges
We want you to be happy with your purchase.
However, because international shipping is expensive, returns or exchanges from overseas customers are generally not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- For local customers, returns are accepted within 14 days if the item is unused and in original packaging.
- For overseas orders, please email info@coco.sc before returning anything — unauthorized returns may be rejected.
- Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless we made an error.
- Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method.
6. Intellectual Property
All text, images, logos, and designs on this Site are the property of Super Coco Ltd.
No material may be copied or reused without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this Site or products purchased.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Seychelles.
Any disputes shall be settled exclusively in the Seychelles courts.
